Nicole Pacicco (Tinton Falls, NJ/Monmouth Regional) batted 4-for-6 and Megan Tantum (Eming, NJ/Ewing) went 4-for-5 to lead Montclair State to their 25th win of the season with a pair of 8-0 victories over Baruch (8-21).

The Bearcats kept the first game close, but a four-run, fifth inning by MSU clinched the non-conference victory.

In the second game, MSU recorded a five-run, fifth inning to sweep the doubleheader.

Baruch will conclude their 2005 regular-season schedule this Saturday, with a non-conference doubleheader against New Jersey City University. First pitch is scheduled for 11:00 a.m.

In the next field on Saturday at N.J.C.U., the Baruch baseball team will also face their counterparts from New Jersey City in a CUNYAC doubleheader scheduled for Noon.
